We begin by getting to know you and your space. This involves a detailed client survey, an inventory of existing furnishings, fixtures and equipment, photography of the space, and an open discussion around your project budget and timeline.
With a clear brief in hand, we explore suitable alternatives for space planning and present selections for colour palettes, wall coverings, flooring, ceiling and window treatments, mouldings, furnishings and finishes — all reviewed and approved by you before we proceed.
We finalise detailed design drawings, order all furnishings, fixtures and finishes, and prepare presentation boards. Our team then moves on site — overseeing all subcontractors, coordinating deliveries and installations, and holding regular client meetings to ensure work progresses on schedule and to the agreed standard.
We carry out a final walkthrough, document any missing or damaged items, instruct you on the proper care and maintenance of all new components, and obtain your project sign-off — leaving you with a space you truly love.
